How do I create an account?

How do I reset or change my password?

You have 3 options:

  1. In the app - if you are logged in
    1. Go to the "My account" page by tapping the ðŸ‘¤ icon next to your preferred fridge and search;
    2. in the menu, tap "Change password";
    3. put in your old password and your new password (twice);
    4. tap "Save changes"
  2. In the app - if you are logged out
    1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" under the password field;
    2. Enter the email address you are signed up with;
    3. You should receive a password reset email within 2 minutes (check your spam folder to be sure);
    4. In the email, tap "Reset my password" and choose a new password;
    5. Validate
  3. From desktop
    1. Go to https://portal.gusfoods.com/web/reset_password;
    2. enter the email address you are signed up with;
    3. You should receive a password reset email within 2 minutes (check your spam folder to be sure);
    4. In the email, tap "Reset my password" and choose a new password;
    5. Validate
